The kookeey account you are applying to cancel must be registered in accordance with the agreement with kookeey and belong exclusively to you. kookeey will perform identity verification and check based on your login account.

You should ensure that you have the right to decide on the cancellation of the account and that it does not infringe upon the legal rights and interests of any third party. Any complaints, disputes, or legal consequences arising from the cancellation of the account will be borne by you, and kookeey will not bear any responsibility.

Once the kookeey account is canceled, it cannot be recovered. Please back up all account-related information and data yourself before operating, including orders, transaction vouchers, bills, and other materials, to ensure that you can continue to enjoy potential after-sales services.

If you insist on canceling your account, you must meet the following conditions:

a. The account has no records of abnormal behavior and has no previous cancellation records;

b. Voluntarily waive all virtual rights and interests (such as coupons, recharge bonus amounts, free dynamic traffic, etc.) on kookeey and affiliated platforms (kookeey.com, yunchic.com, and kkoip.com, the same below);

c. Voluntarily waive all uncompleted orders, non-expired dynamic and static lines, unused dynamic traffic, and activated shared bandwidth packages in the kookeey account, etc.;

d. Voluntarily waive uncompleted orders, non-expired lines, unshipped routes, and unused dynamic traffic on affiliated platforms, etc.;

e. The account is in normal use status;

f. Agree to a 30-day cancellation isolation period, that is, re-cancellation with the same account is not allowed within 30 days starting from the date of cancellation;

g. Meet other cancellation conditions stipulated by kookeey (subject to actual requirements of kookeey).

During the account cancellation isolation period, if your account involves any disputes (including but not limited to complaints, reports, litigation, arbitration, investigations by national authorities, etc.), kookeey has the right to suspend or terminate the cancellation process without further notice to you.

You should be fully aware that account cancellation will result in kookeey terminating services for you and terminating the rights and obligations of both parties as agreed in the 'kookeey Global Proxy User Privacy Agreement', 'kookeey Global Proxy Legal Statement', and 'kookeey Refund Agreement' (except those that cannot be terminated according to this Notice or other laws). Specific consequences include but are not limited to:

a. You will no longer be able to log in or use this kookeey account;

b. All virtual rights and interests, orders, lines, etc. in the kookeey account and affiliated platforms will become invalid and cannot be recovered;

c. Personal profiles and historical information (such as username, avatar, browsing history, search history, order transaction vouchers, electronic invoices, etc.) in the kookeey account will not be retrievable;

d. Re-cancellation with the same account is not allowed within 30 days starting from the date of cancellation.

You should cancel the account according to the process shown on the kookeey page and promise that once the cancellation operation is completed, you will not request kookeey to revoke the cancellation decision for any reason.

After canceling this kookeey account, you may not use the same account to re-register with kookeey within 30 days starting from the date of cancellation. kookeey has the right to mark your account information as a historical customer through anonymous methods and specify the time for future re-registration.

Canceling this kookeey account does not exempt or reduce any responsibility or obligation you should bear before account cancellation.
