Basic Information Required for Ozon to Join

Before submitting their Ozon onboarding application, sellers need to prepare the following documents in advance:

• Company business license (corporate entity)
• The legal representative or person in charge’s identity information, including a scanned copy of the legal representative’s ID card and a mainland China mobile phone number capable of receiving international SMS messages.
• Corporate email accounts that can receive emails normally
• This is a receiving account that can be used for cross-border payments. Note that Ozon does not support receiving payments from domestic bank cards.
• Basic information about the products to be sold (category, SKU)

It’s important to note that Ozon currently primarily caters to business sellers, making it relatively more difficult for individual sellers to pass the review process.

Ozon Account Registration and Payment Preparation

During account registration, the platform will require you to fill in company information, contact information, and settlement details. Sellers need to ensure that:

• Company information is consistent with business license
• The email address should be usable long-term to avoid switching accounts midway.
• Payment information is accurate and settlement can proceed normally.

Regarding settlement, sellers need to understand the settlement cycle, currency, and potential tax compliance requirements in advance to avoid account restrictions due to information mismatch later.

Network and Login Environment Preparation for Ozon Onboarding
